This is the manual way to get and download your PayPal Invoice.

Log in to PayPal from your computer or your mobile.
Enter your personal email and correct password.
Once logged in a tab that says :Manage Invoices” should be on screen.
Click on the word “Manage Invoices” and you will be sent to a new page.
On the right side of the page that comes up, you will see an icon with the word “Statements” underneath.

You don’t have to do it manually.

You will see a list of invoices, find the one you want.
In front of your selected invoice click on the dropdown button inside the
Action field and then choose PDF, just like the following screenshot.
Click on the download arrow that will show just above the invoice.
